Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied). Smart TV in lounge and bedrooms. 2 dogs welcome or 3 small dogs. Gravelled courtyard garden can be found to the side of the cottage and has outdoor seating, a BBQ and a hot tub (please be advised the hot tub usage is restricted to 10pm to respect the neighbours adjoining the property). Driveway parking for 1 car and further private parking on the gravel to the front of the cottage. Beach 8 miles, shop 3 miles, golf course and restaurant 1 mile. Located next to a working farm.
