Please note: 2 small or 2 medium dogs are allowed however only 1 large dog due to size of the property. Smart TV in lounge and TV in the double bedroom. Decking with seating, sloping lawned garden, and built in charcoal BBQ. On street parking (subject to availability). Restaurant 0.9 miles, Pub 1.6 miles, Shop 2 miles. There is a set of 17 shallow steps down to the property so this may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility..

Keswick is a short drive away (2.5 miles) a tourist hot spot, which provides an array of independent shops, eateries, galleries, and parks to enjoy all on the shores of Derwentwater. Walking down the shallow steps to the property you will instantly feel in your own little paradise and far away from everything. Step in the front door you will be able to kick off your shoes and hang your coat before walking into your getaway.
