Ideally located around 2.5 miles from the bustling fishing town of Looe and the coast is only 1.5 miles away at Talland Bay, a superb cove nestled in miles of stunning coastline. The village of Pelynt is about a mile away and has a well stocked Spar and Post Office as well as The Jubilee Inn serving fine ales and good food. Ideally located to provide an ideal touring base to visit all the nearby miles of coastline. 25 mins drive to Bodmin Moor, 35 mins drive to Eden Project. 1 hour 15 mins to Cornish city of Truro, 40 mins to city of Plymouth.
