The living room is large and extends across the width of the house with 2 sets of folding glazed doors that open to a paved patio with attractive valley views. Three large sofas surround a wood burner, 42” TV with DVD, iPod dock and a further generous corner sofa faces the patio doors. This is a lovely spacious room.Top floor: There are four bedrooms, three of which have fitted cupboards and smart contemporary bathrooms with showers over the baths, basins and WCs. Bedroom 1. Very spacious with 5ft king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2. Another spacious room with 5ft bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3. Roomy twin bedded room with 3ft beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds, fitted cupboards and en-suite shower room with double shower head, hand shower, basin and WC. Ground floor: The original front door is on this level with access to the garden. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Bedroom 5. A large double room with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Landscaped driveway leads up to a large parking area for up to five cars with steps up to a paved patio area in front of the porch. The house is surrounded by extensive sloping lawns, with a lawn and walled garden at the front and steps down to the lane below.
