The property is part of an exclusive estate of contemporary modern homes perched on a secluded hillside above Talland Bay. Within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, these properties have direct access to the beach. Visitors can also make use of the communal facilities which include an indoor heated swimming pool, gym and clubhouse.
