This delightful one bedroomed retreat is a perfect place to either explore the exciting delights Cornwall has to offer; the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, or the numerous beaches to name but a few. Or stay local, visiting the harbour town of Looe with its vibrant shops, restaurants and bars, plus its wonderful sandy beach, or explore the quintessential fishing village of Polperro a mere 15 minutes' drive away. Maybe you could relax in the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside, then stroll along the private road to the East Looe River watching the birds and wildlife on this gorgeous tidal part of the estuary.
Spacious living room with electric heating and wood burning stove. Kitchen/dining room with double oven gas cooker, microwave, toaster, firdge with ice box/freezer compartment. Dining room with round table and seating for 4. Utility room (accessed from outside the cottage) with washing machine, truble dryer, large freezer and sink. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and chair. Shower room with corner walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin, and electric radiator/towel rail.
