The cottage is ideally located to provide a perfect base for exploring the picturesque South Hams and there are plenty of invigorating and spectacular walks along the nearby South West coastal path or the pretty Avon estuary, both under 15 minutes walk away. As an added convenience an excellent village shop with an exceptional range of products, including an olive bar and wide selection of cheeses, is just a few yards away from the cottage.

From the sitting or dining room French doors open onto a sunny patio. Steps up to a lawn bordered by a low Devon Bank with a decked area furnished with garden table and chairs. (Please note that the low Devon bank that separates the garden from fields will not constitute a barrier for inquisitive young children or dogs).
