The majority of rooms look across the water and quays beyond, and from the level garden you can enjoy many varieties of tidal wildlife. A birdwatcher’s paradise, especially in winter.
Please note: The unfenced estuary wall & footpath is immediately over the low garden wall.

First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, en suite shower room. Bedroom 3 with waterside views, double 4ft 6in bed and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 4 Triple room with waterside views, 3ft bunk beds and 3ft single bed, built in wardrobe, vanity unit with basin, chest of drawers.

Landscaped garden overlooking the estuary with patio areas, garden furniture and slipway (kayak available for guest use – own lifejackets to be provided) Through the garden gate a public footpath leads along the edge of the estuary.
