This lovely old house has been fully-renovated in 2018 and now offers spacious accommodation in a great central location for discovering Cornwall. Set in the heart of the town of Lostwithiel, you can walk to everything. Local walks along the river with picnic areas are a relaxing way to spend an afternoon and the town is home to many different festivals throughout the year which are very popular. Close to the estuary town of Fowey and on the fringes of Bodmin Moor there is lots to see and do in the area. Sleeps: 6. Bedrooms: 3. Beds: 1 x Kingsize (5’), 1 x double (4’6”), 1 x twin (3’ - zip and link). Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property. Accessibility: Property set over 2 floors. Kitchen and utilities: Electric induction hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Facilities for families: Travel cot, highchair and stair gate provided, but no cot linen. Outside: Large deck to the front with garden furniture. Private patio to the rear with garden furniture and barbecue. Large storage area under decking.
