Surrounded by countryside with five picturesque pools and two fishing lakes, get back to nature wild-water swimming with the kids, fishing, grabbing a net and pond-dipping, or simply strolling in the wildflower areas and watching the wildlife. Come sunset, sit back with a barbecue before curling up for some serious star-gazing.

Waterfalls, riding and rock climbing unfold from the doorstep, while Ledbury, just 10 minutes’ drive, offers cycle hire. A little further afield at Symonds Yat why not try your hand at white water canoeing. Historic Hereford and cultural Ross-on-Wye are 20 minutes away.
