Head up the stairs to the two tasteful bedrooms and family bathroom, with an additional contemporary shower room on the ground floor - ensuring no queues in the morning. To the front of the property is a pleasant gravelled area, where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee. A short stroll along the road road brings you to the local amenities, including two village inns serving food, a shop and a bakery. It is a prime cycling and walking district, with numerous walking trails and gentle rolling hills. The historic minster town of Beverley, with its extensive common pastures of Westwood and racecourse, is just a few minutes drive, along with affluent shops and trendy cafes. Walk the long sandy beaches at Hornsea, with its colourful ornamental gardens, along with Hornsea Mere, where you can partake in boating and water activities. Art lovers may wish to follow the Hockney trail in the Yorkshire Wolds, where he took inspiration for his famous paintings. The surrounding area has much to do and see, with the nearby stately homes of Burton Agnes Hall, Sledmere House, Sewerby Hall and Burton Constable Hall all worth a visit.
