The king-size bedroom is beautifully presented, with exposed beams above and a central woodburning stove which is tucked inside a feature fireplace. Settle down on the arm chairs before the fire, enjoying a warm cup of tea before snuggling up in the comfy bed as the night draws in. Three steps lead down to the sitting room and its inglenook fireplace, an enchanting place to relax morning through to evening in the company of your loved ones. Wander upstairs to the country cottage kitchen/diner, where you will discover an AGA type cooker, sage coloured units, and a table setup for four people. A contemporary shower room is situated nearby, decorated in a warm sandy overtone, with a charming king-size bedroom, brought to life by oak furnishings, rugged beams, and neutral bedding. Wake up to the beautiful interior every day that goes by, then step out to the enclosed garden for some more quiet time in the sunshine under the clear skies and picturesque surround. 100 metres along the quiet lane is the Dartmoor Way Cycle Route, The Northmore Arms at Wonson is just a seven-minute walk, shops and restaurants can be found in Chagford or Okehampton, with the famous award-winning restaurant and hotel Gidleigh Park a few miles away. Chagford also has more active facilities such as public tennis court and an open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure. It is a town of great history, home to the Three Crowns Hotel. Well known for its culture, literary and music festivals in the town as well as an annual running race, known as Two Hills Race.
