Inside it is bright, comfortable and roomy with a fresh seaside theme throughout. Just minutes from beautiful Burgh Island, reached on foot at low tide along a stretch of golden sands, and the gorgeous beaches of Bigbury on Sea, all the way to the Avon estuary. This part of the coast has been a long standing favourite for surfers, watersports enthusiasts and families who want to enjoy their holiday having fun on the beach.

Open plan kitchen dining room; Bright and spacious equipped with built in electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave, breakfast table. Dining area with dining table to seat six and sliding patio doors to the garden, making the most of the beautiful views. Lounge with woodburner, TV, BluRay DVD player, Ipod dock, sofas and armchairs with adjoining sunroom, glazed doors leading to the terrace. Utility room with storage cupboards, washer dryer and front door access to the garden. Bedroom 1 with King size 5ft double bed, TV DVD, full length fitted wardrobes, en suite shower room. Outside: Large terrace facing the sea, furnished with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as lawns below, shed for surfboards and beach gear. Gated driveway with ample parking, and stepped paths leading to the front entrance. To the rear of the property is a sloping entrance levelling out to a path, which can give alternative access leading to the front door, for those with walking difficulties.
