Description
Feel welcomed by the luxuries of the lounge. Plush sofas are surrounded by soothing hues and fresh, modern fixtures. Natural oak laminate sweeps across the floor, whilst down lights can be adjusted in-keeping with the mood. Use the dining area for mealtimes set in one corner of the room and cosy together after dinner in front of the glow from the woodburner. The kitchen boasts a contemporary design, playing host to cream wall and base units offset with black granite worktops. A shower room also rests on the ground floor, with a large walk-in shower fixture and glamorous fittings getting you through each morning and evening. Upstairs, an adult bunk room is accompanied by a master double, which leads out onto a sunny balcony. Lounge on the quality rattan furnishings and ooze in the coastal atmosphere with a refreshing beverage. This small village offers a local pub serving good food, a convenience store and access to a wide variety of attractions in the surrounding area. Llysfaen is located on the southern slopes of Mynydd Marian with lovely walks, superb views over the coast and wildlife to explore. There are more shops and pubs at Llanddulas, whilst Colwyn Bay has the Welsh Mountain Zoo and Eirias Park. Further afield are the seaside delights of Llandudno. A wonderful base to choose for that long-awaited break with your loved ones.
Nestled on the southern slopes of Mynydd Marian, is Llysfaen. It has a small number of facilities including a primary school, a convenience store and village hall. The Mynydd Marian Nature Reserve forms part of a range of low limestone hills, with the highest point boasting remarkable views stretching across the Irish Sea. Colwyn Bay boasts plenty more attractions, including beaches, a promenade, a large park with a skateboard section, a leisure centre and bowling green, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park, along with many shops, pubs and restaurants.
