Description

The property sleeps four in two bedrooms. There is a ground floor double bedroom with 4'6" double bed. The second bedroom is a twin with single beds. A travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available. On the ground floor is a shower room. The very pleasant living room opens up onto a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, stunning sea views and Thurlestone Rock. The dining area has an oak dining table and upholstered chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with views over South Milton Ley. The comfortable lounge to relax in has sofa, easy chair, midi hifi (with bluetooth streaming), books and games. Smart HD TV, Playstation 4 with blu-ray/DVD player and cinema sound bar. Selection of DVD/CDs and Playstation games for you to enjoy. Outside is a large patio area with barbeque facilities, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining on summer evenings. Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early June to mid September each year with children's area and shower facilities.

The coastal village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the popular sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. Just a 10-15 minute drive away is the sailing town of Salcombe, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is also a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, offering stunning panoramic sea views.
