The country style kitchen has a fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, electric cooker, storage cupboards and a dishwasher whilst the cloakroom boasts a hand wash basin and a w.c. Sleeping four, the master bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. There is one bathroom with a shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c, shaver point and an airing cupboard. Located inside the double garage (providing parking for one car) is a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer for guests’ use. Please note the dimension of the garage is 6.5m X 3m X 1920mm high.
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
