Bedroom one is a double room with a TV, and bedroom two has two 3’ twin beds, ideal for a family getaway. The family bathroom includes a bath with shower over. There is a separate w.c. This is an excellent base for exploring Salcombe, just a short ferry ride from the stunning sandy beaches at East Portlemouth and South Sands. Spend long days building sandcastles on the beach, or explore the South Devon coastline by boat or on foot, before returning to the popular town of Salcombe to make the most of fantastic pubs and eateries.
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip?
