On the upper 'studio' level are two double bedrooms built into the roof space, both with double beds, one with a door opening out to small balcony with sea views. The third bedroom is on the lower, garden level and has twin beds. The property also has a fully tiled bathroom on the upper level, and a shower room at garden level. In addition, there is also a cloakroom and utility room. Perhaps most attractive to dog owners, outside the is a lovely garden with lawn, and a south facing sun terrace with table, chairs, and a barbeque. There are also parking spaces for two cars – an added bonus in this popular sailing town! Equally suited to families or couples, the property is a lovely base for those looking to enjoy both Salcombe’s beaches and busy Fore Street.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip?
