Description
The dining table and chairs are in a separate alcove. The kitchen is fully fitted and comprises of a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer dishwasher, washing machine / dryer and an additional breakfast table. There are three bedrooms, an en-suite master with a King-size bed, wardrobes, TV and dressing table. En-suite facilities include a bath, shower, hand basin, w.c and heated towel rail. The second is a twin with a wardrobe and the third is a single with a wardrobe. Adjacent to the second bedroom is a shower room with hand basin, heated towel rail, airing cupboard, w.c and shaver point. St Elmo residents can enjoy the exclusive use of a heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from early May to late September. There is parking for one car, however additional parking may be available during low season. Wi-Fi available. Please note: all duvets, pillows, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided. For those looking for a stylish property, within easy reach of Salcombe’s beaches, shops and restaurants, this is a fantastic option.
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
