The property benefits from a private courtyard and balcony, perfect for taking in the sunrise with a freshly brewed coffee. Firm Anchor is the perfect setting for a family holiday whether you would like to kick back, relax and enjoy some down time together or try some of the exciting activities on offer in the area. If you’re a budding surfer, keen sailor or want to feel the sand between your toes on one of the many local beaches you will always be spoilt for choice. Sleeps: Sleeps 9 people in 5 bedrooms Beds: One king size bed, one double bed, three singles and one bunk beds. Rooms: Living, Kitchen, dining open plan area with access onto the balcony. 5 bedrooms, with stunning views. Bedrooms in the lower level access to the garden. Kitchen and Utilities: Electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and inbuilt fridge/freezer. Entertainment: TV with freeview, DVD player. Outside: A large enclosed private courtyard and garden is available. Outdoors furniture is provided. Parking: off road parking and on street parking available. General: WiFi Provided. No Smoking. Heating and Electricity included. Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Notes: No Smoking. Pets allowed, ground floor only please. WiFi Provided. Good mobile phone signal.
