With a nautical theme running through, this bright and cheerful beach house offers luxurious living, with a spacious open-plan living area. It incorporates a well-equipped modern kitchen, a dining area and comfy seating set around a cosy woodburning stove - just right to toast your toes on cooler evenings! Large glass patio doors open onto private decking where you can sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Both bedrooms continue this lovely seaside theme with blue and white hues running through them, one with an en-suite and additional TV and the twin with convenient Jack-and-Jill access to the family bathroom. With quality beds and linens in both, guests are assured of a good night's sleep. A five minute stroll brings you to the hub of this holiday village, with a pub, cafe and pharmacist on site, along with a lovely indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Surrounded by communal grounds, there are two lakes, picnic areas and a host of outdoor activities to enjoy, including tennis, bike hire and fishing. The long, safe and sandy beach stretches for miles and is ideal for children and four legged friends, whilst the traditional seaside town of Filey offers two fine promenades, pretty ornamental gardens and a unique cobble landing where boats are launched. Go crabbing in the rock pools, take a bracing cliff top walk on the Brigg or just relax by the sea. If you have time, there are a wealth of nearby attractions, including Bempton RSPB Reserve, the stately homes of Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall and the rolling countryside of the Wolds to explore.
