Description

The Old Sail Loft was once used to house the sails from the boats moored in, and visiting Helford Passage. It was later converted into holiday accommodation. Smugglers is a first-floor apartment in the courtyard at Helford Passage with a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.

Helford Passage nestles on the banks of the beautiful river Helford, with a sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coastal Path. There’s plenty to do on site including hire of kayaks or paddle boards to get you out on the water, or if you want to get you in it there’s the child safe heated outdoor swimming pool. The Ferryboat Inn specialises in seafood dishes and holds regular music and quiz nights. The local ferry can take you across to pretty Helford village where you can meander along the shore to explore Daphne Du Maurier’s Fisherman’s Creek. Alternatively relax and enjoy good food at the welcoming Shipwrights Arms in Helford or venture further afield to historic and bustling Falmouth, experience rugged Land’s End or the gentle gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. All the traditional attractions of a Cornish Holiday such as nearby fishing trips, golf, cycling, horse-riding, seaside fish and chips, coastal walks, art galleries and stunning beaches make this a perfect base for couples or families all year round.

Patio door to open plan living room. Seating area with sofa and TV. Dining area with extending dining table and chairs. Compact kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed. Bedroom 2 with two 3ft single beds. Bedroom 3 with bunks only suitable for children. Family bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin, and WC.

Walkway balcony to apartment with garden chairs with beach and river front 50 yards away.

Parking

Designated parking space for 1 car. Further parking is available in the non-residents' car park, just a stroll up the hill, for which charges apply.
