The property is open plan inside with all the living, dining and kitchen facilities on the ground floor, and the bedroom with en-suite on the first floor. The cottage is within easy walking distance to Perranuthnoe's beach, cafes and pub and is ideally located for exploring southwest Cornwall. Sleeps: 2. Bedrooms: 1. Beds: 1 x double (4’6”). Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property. Accessibility: Property set over 2 floors. Kitchen and utilities: Mini oven and grill, two-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. Facilities for families: Travel cot and highchair available on request (but no cot linen), please let us know at the time of booking. Outside: Outdoor seating in shared front courtyard. Pets: 1 pet allowed. £25 per week per pet Parking: Unrestricted roadside parking or local pay and display car parks. Nearest beach: 0.2 miles. Nearest amenities: 0.1 miles.
