Description
A light and airy detached house boasting unrivalled sea views with a large enclosed lawned rear garden.
This fabulous coastal property has the best sea views! Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shingles on the beach. Capenhurst is a stunning seaside retreat right on the coast. The large living room has an open fire and wooden floors, with comfortable sofas, TV with Freeview, DVD and CD radio. Patio doors lead from the living and dining room onto a balcony, a great place for relaxing and enjoying a little alfresco dining lulled by the sound of the sea. Steps down from the balcony lead onto the large enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. The close proximity to the sea is reflected in the nautical decor of Capenhurst. The bedrooms are stylish and light with coastal artwork hanging on the walls, simple white bedding adds a touch of sophistication with splashes of blue and red. To the front of the house is a cove full of rock pools - perfect for crabbing with the children. In contrast - to the rear of the property is Beadnell Bay, head down to the long sandy beach with the buckets and spades and hold your very own sandcastle building competition. This is the Heritage coast, well known for excellent sailing, fishing and wind surfing. This is an excellent area for walking with many coastal walks taking in views of dramatic cliff top ruins including Dunstanburgh Castle.
