Ideally located close to St. Marychurch and Babbacombe areas of Torquay. Oddicombe beach is in a walking distance and Torquay town centre with local pubs, restaurants and cafes is 10 minute drive away. Size: sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms Beds: 3 beds (1 King, 1 DBL, 2 Singles - zip&link) Rooms: Ground floor lounge with foldaway dining facilities, kitchen, WC. First floor three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Kitchen & utilities: Gas 4 ring hob, gas oven, slim line dishwasher, washing machine, under counter fridge, under counter freezer. Entertainment: smart TV / Freeview, DVD, radio. For families: books, DVD’s. Outside: fully enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. Parking: parking for 2-3 cars on a private driveway. General: (WI-Fi, heating and electricity included, linen/towels provided, non-smoking) Pets: 2 medium sized pets welcome Notes: Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
