At the Beach is in an enviable position on Slapton Sands, a sleepy village on Devon’s South coast best known for its three-mile shingle beach and Slapton Ley Nature Reserve. It was also used as a training ground for the US Army in the preparation for the D-Day in World War II. If you want to explore further afield, Dartmouth and Salcombe are within easy reach.
