Stow your walking gear or bicycles in the handy store room, then wander into the spacious open-plan living area and enjoy the warmth from the wood-burning stove There’s underfloor heating in the main living areas to keep you cosy too. The whole property has been recently refurbished to give you contemporary comforts throughout.
Netherwood may feel wonderfully off the beaten track, but amenities are very close at hand. The historic market town of Dumfries is just 1.5 miles away, final home of Scotland’s national poet Robert Burns. There’s plenty to see in the town, including sites linked to Robert the Bruce, as well as one of Scotland’s oldest bridges.
