Description
Choose a family favourite film on the Smart TV to stream on your first evening, snuggle down on the large corner suite and sofas to start the holiday as you mean to go on - together! With bags of space for some little helpers you can prepare packed lunches for your days out, or a home-cooked evening meal in the airy and modern kitchen, which benefits from an adjoining utility room. A dining area sits opposite patio doors opening out to the garden, so you can take in the last of the evening sun as you eat your food, no matter what time of year. When the night draws to a close, head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find an excellent selection of bedrooms; a double with en-suite bathroom, and three twin rooms, all well-sized and with bright and modern décor and furniture. The main bathroom is a family shower room featuring a beautiful glass double shower, giving you a fantastic start to the day! Perhaps its best feature, especially in summer, is the large enclosed garden with lush greenery and flowers all around, and including a patio area, a wooden decked gazebo area with seating, lawn and shrubs lining different areas. The garage is also now a games room with a selection of games and a pool table, with the option to use it for bike storage as well. Nearby to Airedale View, just a short drive away is Sewerby Hall and Gardens, a Grade I listed Georgian country house set in 50 acres of landscaped gardens, perfect for a sunny day out with a picnic. After the arrival of the railway in the 1840s and the growth of the seaside holiday trade, the inhabitants of Bridlington shifted to the area around the harbour, becoming the town centre, and as a result the Old Town has retained most of its historic buildings and special atmosphere, with many buildings dating from the 17th century. The Bayle Museum and Bridlington Priory are well worth a visit too, to learn of the rich history of this Yorkshire coastal gem. Airedale View is perfectly situated for a private family gathering, somewhere to enjoy time with your loved ones, and benefiting from a great location from which to explore.
