Description

As part of our Cornish collection, Penthouse A is a particularly spacious and bright apartment with unsurpassed views of Fistral Beach, the headland, and the ocean beyond.

With an exceptional, contemporary feel, the property boasts a vast open plan living space with a fully equipped stylish kitchen as well as a separate utility room. The large balcony is accessed from the living area with additional French windows offering yet more light and air to the kitchen and dining area. Penthouse A has also been recently renovated, to include new carpets and soft furnishings, a new sofa and a sumptuous new master bed, alongside a full-size table football set (great for kicking back after a day spent exploring the beach!).

Added to this the hallways have two skylights, all of which combine in making this stunning apartment the lightest and brightest of them all. The generous master suite offers a king size bed with en suite shower and ample room for a cot or two. The second and third bedrooms again offer king size beds, one of which includes an en suite shower room. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room ideally suited to children yet large enough for adults. There is a family bathroom with no shower.

Facilities include a large flat screen television with Freeview, stereo, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer. Travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Stepping outside, there is a large balcony with incredible sea views, alongside contemporary outdoor seating.

Please note, parking limited to 1 car per apartment. Parking in front car park limited to 45 minutes for drop off/collection only. Street car parking for additional cars is available on the road in front of the property
