For a special evening, treat yourselves to a wonderful meal at the Monachyle Mhor Hotel, which has pride of place in The Good Food Guide and attracts guests from far and wide, also hosting the Mhor Festival every year, a fantastic food, drink and music festival held every year at the end of May. A scenic drive further north can take you to the Colin Burt Wildlife Reserve which was created to protect and preserve the natural wildlife, but to also allow people to experience it for themselves and enjoy the outdoors, so you can walk through the woodlands, over the wetlands and around the meadows, and look out for different types of animals on the way. The natural beauty of Scotland's Highlands speaks for itself, with Carnmore giving you the perfect base from which to explore these enchanting surroundings.

Balquhidder is a small village resting at the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and at the head to the Loch Voil.
