The sitting area boasts a cosy wood burning stove, perfect for warming and the breakfast bar in the kitchen invites late evenings with loved ones, tucking in to homemade feasts. The handy utility room is ideal for storing walking boots and wellies, with a washing machine and separate sink for removing any sand! Opening the doors onto the private garden, the expansive lawn holds wonderful views of the countryside beyond.

Upstairs, there are four sumptuous bedrooms to greet you after days spent exploring. The modern bathrooms have heated towel rails and are finished to an exceptional standard.
