Description

The beautiful Bonython Estate Gardens, which guests are welcome to explore, comprises some 20 acres with a walled garden and potager and a hidden valley with 3 small lakes. The gardens are rated as one of 'The Great Gardens of Cornwall' and given a star in the 'Good Garden Guide'. Bonython Estate is a traditional, mixed agricultural Cornish estate with ancient manor, farm and woodland stretching almost from one side of the Peninsula (the Helford River) to the other (the beach at Poldhu Cove) with both shores just over a mile away.

On the Estate you will also find Bonython Farmhouse (sleeping 10 guests), Mews Cottage (sleeping six guests) and Spring Water Barn (sleeping two guests).

All Ground Floor Accommodation: Open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Kitchen With an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Sitting area Spacious and light room with a wood burning stove, 32" flatscreen television, DVD and CD player. Dining area With table and chairs seating four. Bedroom one With a 6'6 zip-and-link bed and dressing room. En-suite bathroom With a bath and separate shower, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two Large twin bedroom with two 3'6 beds and a dressing room. Shower room With shower, wash basin and WC. Outside: Private gravel courtyard at the rear at the property. Lawned garden to the front of the property. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Guests are welcome to explore Bonython Estate Gardens, comprising some 20 acres, with a walled garden, potager and a hidden valley with three small lakes. Ample parking.
