A spacious and contemporary detached holiday home, Rising Tide has plenty of parking and is ideally located in vibrant Newquay and only a ten minute walk to Tolcarne Beach where you can enjoy swimming, surfing and rock pooling.
This superbly appointed property has been beautifully refurbished to provide all the comfort and amenities you need for a wonderful Cornish holiday. The sitting room boasts large, comfy sofas where the whole family can snuggle up and enjoy a film on the 50 inch Smart television. The part open-plan layout then leads through into the stunning dining kitchen with its modern, high gloss units and and large dining table with seating for eight guests. A separate utility room keeps the washing machine and tumble dryer out of sight and guests also have use of the integral garage for storing away buckets and spades. Also on the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with television along with the spacious family bathroom with its free standing bath and separate shower.
Upstairs are three further bedrooms and a shower room; the master bedroom with its superb, south facing balcony, a super-king size bed and a television, this room can also be configured as a twin if required and on request; a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom, ideal for children.
From the sitting room, french doors lead out to the south facing raised deck and large paved garden where a surf store is equipped with two surf boards and two kayaks for your enjoyment.

This lead through to the integral garage. Bedroom four With a king-size bed and 32 inch television. Family bathroom With a free standing bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. First Floor: Bedroom one With a super-king size bed (can be configured as twin beds on request), a 32" television and south facing balcony. Bedroom two With twin single beds. Bedroom three With bunk beds. Shower room With a shower, wash basin and WC. Outside: A south facing raised deck, large patio garden and surf store housing two kayaks and two surf boards for guest use. Driveway parking for four cars.
