Exploring the North York Moors you will find ancient woodland, tranquil rivers and heather covered hills as well as charming towns including Thornton le Dale (8 miles), Pickering (11 miles) and Helmsley (24 miles). The rugged cliff tops, peaceful bays and pretty fishing villages of the North Yorkshire coast are within easy reach, with the seaside towns of Scarborough (7.5 miles), Filey (14 miles) and Whitby (26 miles), and the beautiful Robin Hood's Bay (22 miles) just a short drive away. Boasting dramatic vaulted ceilings and exposed stone walls, this stylish barn conversion has been lovingly transformed into a chic rural retreat for two. The main living space comprises an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a floor to ceiling window which allows light to flood in. With underfloor heating and a traditional wood burner, the cosy lounge is an ideal space to curl up with a good book, watch a movie on the TV/DVD or listen to your favourite music. The charming dining area has lovely views out over the village, and you will find the stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. You will also find a shower room complete with walk in shower and WC. Stairs lead you up to the comfortable mezzanine bedroom. Overlooking the living area, the bedroom features a double bed and TV as well as a bath situated at the top of the stairs. Outside the property you can relax on the patio, enjoy a drink and watch the horses grazing as the sun sets over the horizon. Need to know: 1 double bedroom with TV and bath. 1 shower room with shower and WC. Oven, wine cooler and dishwasher. Wood burner and under floor heating please note there is no washing machine.
