You will also be within easy walking distance of all Harrogates many other attractions, including the Royal Pump Room Museum, Valley Gardens, Harlow Carr RHS Gardens, Harrogate Theatre and the Turkish Baths, and theres a great choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby including the famous Bettys Tea Rooms. Theres a fantastic variety of beautiful, breath taking walks to enjoy through the Nidd Gorge and into the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can visit Mother Shiptons Cave, Plumpton Rocks, Brimham Rocks, Almscliffe Crag or Knaresborough Castle. You will also be ideally situated for visiting Ripon, Ilkley, Thirsk, Skipton and York. This spacious first floor apartment, part of a historic property, enjoys wonderful views over Harrogates glorious Stray parkland. The property is accessed through a communal hallway, with a lift taking you to the apartments front door. A small step leads up to the property. On entering you will find a light and airy lounge, with comfy seating, and fabulous views, TV, DVD and a double sofa bed allowing for two additional guests (additional 25 linen charge payable for use). Please note the lounge can easily be shut off for use as an extra bedroom with access to the house bathroom across the hall. Double doors lead into a spacious open plan kitchen/diner, with a charming dining area for four guests, as well as further seating and a desk. Heading into the elegantly designed kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Across the hall is a small utility room with a washer/dryer, which also serves as a useful store for bulky items or coats. Exploring this lovely apartment further, there is a double bedroom with a super king size bed and plenty of storage space. You will also find a shower room complete with a double shower unit with seat, and a WC and bidet. To the rear of the property you will find a courtyard which is shared with the other apartments and is perfect for relaxing in on sunny days. A permit is provided for roadside parking nearby.
