This is a great location for walkers, with the South West Coast Path being almost on your doorstep and wild Dartmoor not far away. For sand and surf, beautiful Westward Ho! is only a five minute drive away, and offers a wide range of activities for all ages. Being in Appledore, you will be perfectly located to explore some of North Devon s most picturesque locations including pretty Clovelly, a cliff side village which tumbles down to a harbour in a riot of cobbled streets and small cottages. For shopping, Bideford and its ancient pannier and outdoor markets are also close by.
