This first floor apartment is located in the grounds of a beautiful Georgian manor house in the small village of Spark Bridge, within walking distance of the local pub. Sitting on the southern edge of the Lake District National Park, the property is perfectly positioned for enjoying day trips to Coniston Water and Lake Windermere. On Coniston Water, beautifully restored Victorian steamers run up and down the lake, allowing visitors to take in the full grandeur of the surrounding landscape. For a more active view of the lake, the boating centre in the village of Coniston has a large range of watersports on offer, including stand up paddleboarding, kayaking, and windsurfing. This first floor apartment is reached via a shared entrance which leads onto an impressive staircase taking guests to the apartment s door.
