Bakewell is one of the most popular towns in the Peak District, offering a range of shops, galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The local area is well served for cyclists, as Bakewell lies at the start of the Monsal Trail, one of three car free walking and cycling trails in this part of the Peak District. The rolling limestone hills of the White Peak and the dramatic moorlands and gritstone edges of the Dark Peak provide endless opportunities for exploring. Step into the pretty south facing cottage into the stylish lounge which is decorated in cool tones of grey and offers comfortable seating, set in front of the beautiful stone fireplace with wood burner. Curl up on the sofa and pop something good on the Smart TV or DVD player and relax.
