Beyond Appledore itself, the North Devon coastline is lined with quaint fishing villages, sheltered coves and the golden sandy beaches of Westward Ho and Instow providing countless destinations for great days out. Other nearby popular attractions include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor and the Royal North Devon Golf Course. The stylish accommodation is accessed via the second floor of this coastal townhouse and offers open plan living filled with nautical touches and plenty of natural light. On the entrance level, there is one king size bedroom, one bunk bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath. Most of your time will be spent on the first floor where the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is located. The contemporary kitchen area contains an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, together with a good sized dining table. The lounge area beyond is light and airy and features a TV/DVD. On the ground floor, the master king size bedroom can be made into a twin on request and enjoys an en suite with walk in shower and doors leading onto the enclosed patio area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Also, on the ground floor is a utility room, which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. During your stay, enjoy al fresco meals on the enclosed patio area at the rear of the property where you will find garden furniture and a BBQ. There is a selection of DVDs and board games as well as some beach toys and a crabbing net which guests may borrow. One allocated private parking space with access to a second reserved space which is shared with a neighbour. Also adjacent to the property is additional off road parking.
