Popular Welshpool is nearby where you can enjoy culinary delights in pubs, restaurants and cafes, enjoy the plethora of shops, weekly market and visit the museum, Llanfair Light Railway, take a canal trip or visit National Trusts Powis Castle. Within easy reach are the medieval towns of Shrewsbury, lovely Ludlow, Bala Lake and Lake Vyrnwy to name but a few destinations nearby.
