Description
There is so much to do, explore on foot onto the South West Coastal Path, along the dramatic cliffs and coastline. Combe Martin itself offers a sandy beach and rock pools. Berrynarbour is only 2 miles with charming cottages, tea room and village shop. Woolacombe with its golden sand and sand dunes is only 15 minutes drive others at Putsborough and Saunton are also worth a visit. The harbour town of Ilfracombe has traditional seaside amenities and the Landmark Theatre, Tunnels beaches and boat trips. Visit Watermouth Castle, Lynton Cliff Railway and Arlington Court. On entering the property in the lounge down 3 steps there are 2 sofas arranged around a cosy woodburner and Smart TV / DVD, an Amazon Echo is also available. Leading on from the lounge is the kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and accessed via a cottage style staircase. The first of these is a double with Smart TV/DVD and the second a twin also with TV / DVD. The bathroom is located upstairs and has a shower over short bath, there is a separate room with WC. From the lounge there is a door to the beautiful garden with views across the valley, this area benefits from patio area with garden furniture and built in BBQ.
