This delightful detached cottage has been thoughtfully renovated and is located on the main route into Bristol. It enjoys the best of both worlds, set in beautiful countryside but just eight miles from Bristol airport, 13 miles from Bristol and 12 miles from Weston Super Mare. From the doorstep, you can enjoy public footpaths through beautiful countryside, including the English Heritage woodland situated right behind the cottage and leading to the ancient Cadbury Hill fort, boasting unbeatable views over the Mendip Hills. The traditional Victorian seaside resort of Clevedon with its original pier and one mile of beachfront is just five miles away. Other popular attractions include numerous National Trust Properties, Cheddar Gorge, and Wookey Hole Caves. Enter the cottage and head into the kitchen/diner, which is very much at the heart of the property and offers a traditional cottage style. There is range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, woodburner and seating, making it a social area. There is also a separate utility room, which houses a washing machine. The lounge is a cosy room with seating around the flatscreen smart TV with DVD, and there is a selection of games, toys, DVDs and books for the whole family to make use of. The master double and the twin room both enjoy views over the Mendip Hills while the single room looks out over the garden and English Heritage woodland.
