Description

Situated on a cliff above the River Teme, it's best known for its September Food and Drink Festival and has a strong reputation for providing excellent local fayre year round. Walkers will enjoy trails from the door, with twelve acres of farmland to enjoy surrounding the barn and the Clee Hills and child friendly Mortimer Forest in easy reach. Step through the barn door into to find a large open plan entertaining space with wood burner, comfortable seating, plus a large dining table and stylish kitchen with electric range oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. There are four bedrooms, a super king size bedroom (which can be made into a twin bedroom by request at time of booking) on the ground floor, shower room with WC and utility area. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a super king size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower of the bath, and WC. A further super king size bedroom (which can be made into a twin bedroom by request at time of booking ) and a children s bunk bedroom with additional single bed. There is a further family bathroom upstairs with rainforest style shower and WC. Outside there is a large undercover outdoor kitchen area with BBQ. There is an additional entertainment barn with traditional bar finish, wood burner and darts board. There are two fire pits one down by the pond and the other in the middle of the upper field. The barn, semi detached with it smaller and equally luxurious twin, Tenbury Cottage, is set within 12 beautiful acres of farmland which guests are invited to enjoy, dogs are welcome. Need to know: Four beautiful bedrooms in total: including an en suite super king, a ground floor king with bathroom, a further king size bedroom and a brilliant kids bunk bed room for up to three children. All beds can be made into twins on request at time of booking for ultimate flexibility for all groups.. A super social, open plan living space with wood burning stove, sofas to sink into, low tech family games, higher tech TV, DVD, Wi Fi and music docks. Property has central heating and underfloor heating in downstairs living space.. Ludlow has a fabulous foodie reputation, the kitchen is a worthy recipient of the delicious local fayre and there are caterers available should you prefer someone else to do the cooking. Fridge/freezer, double oven/gas hob, microwave, dishwasher as well as plentiful crockery and cutlery.. Acres of farmland to explore and two great chill out zones. An undercover outdoor kitchen and dining area, with bbq, as well as a separate barn with rustic pub vibe including wood burner & darts! There are 2 fire pits in the grounds one down by the pond and another in the middle of the upper field.. Three luxurious bathrooms in total, with both baths and showers available. A laundry room where you will find the washing machine and is also also perfect for drying muddy shoes and paws!. Hairdryers, towels and bedding all included. Knowledgeable and friendly hosts on hand should you need them, brimming with advice and great local tips, fully respecting your privacy otherwise..
