This property enjoys a fantastic location in Harrogate town centre tucked away on a quiet residential street. Perfectly positioned for everything Harrogate has to offer and a superb spot to explore Nidderdale and the surrounding area. Relaxing courtyard garden where you can enjoy al fresco dining. Harrogate boasts a multitude of places to eat and drink treat yourself to afternoon tea at Betty's, enjoy a trip to RHS Harlow Carr Gardens, or perhaps a trip to Ripley Castle. The property is also well positioned for access to both the HCC and Yorkshire Event Centre. On arrival at this cottage, guests will find that the cosy lounge is an ideal space to unwind after their journey. This room, which looks out over the front of the property, is a light filled room with two comfortable sofas, a wood burning effect electric fire, and a TV. This room leads through to the separate dining room, an lovely space for relaxing over leisurely meals which has a dining table seating six and an fabulous exposed brick fireplace. From the kitchen is a downstairs WC/utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The first of the two bedrooms, a double room is a lovely restful space, as is the twin room which can be made up as a super king on request at the time of booking. Outside, there is a small courtyard garden with patio seating area, which can also be used to store bikes. There is on street parking outside the property for which a permit can be provided on request.
