You can go for miles undisturbed by traffic with bridleways, linking Welshmoor Common and Llanrhidian Marsh to the stunning beaches at Oxwich, Langland and Three Cliffs Bay. A superb area for wildlife with wild ponies, birds and sea life. Visit Weobley and Oxwich Castles, The Gower Heritage Centre, the National Botanic Garden of Wales or head to the dry ski slope at Pembrey Country Park. The kitchen/diner is also accessed off the landing area, a well equipped space with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A dining table and chairs sits to the side with views onto the terraced area. Also, off the main landing you will find three bedrooms. A double bedroom with a front aspect and en suite shower room and basin only, a double with a rear aspect and a single room also enjoying a rear aspect. Completing the property is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Step out of the kitchen/diner onto the enclosed terrace where you can sit and relax and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
