Description

Four bedroom barn conversion set within the heart of Brecon Beacons National Parkland, ideal for nature lovers and walker/hikers. The grounds and woodlands are home to an abundance of wildlife including birds of prey, deer and its own trout stream. For a bite to eat, a bit of culture or gift shopping, take a short drive to the quaint town of Llandeilo. Nestled within the Twyi Valley and some of the loveliest countryside in Wales, blessed with glorious gardens, majestic stately homes, pretty boutiques and great places to eat. Slightly further west is Dinefwr and Aberglasney Gardens or meander eastwards to the Iron Age settlement Garn Goch, the second largest hill fort in Wales. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). On entering the property, you will step into the hallway, off from here is a large utility/boot room with washing machine and tumble dryer, the perfect place to leave coats and muddy boots behind and clean off those muddy paws. There is also a handy shower room here with a separate WC. Leading on from the utility room, you will be greeted by the spacious kitchen/diner with everything you need to whip up a family meal, including electric oven and induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and two dishwashers, there also a small table to seat four people. Next is the open plan lounge/diner with a dining area set for all to enjoy a family meal together. Relax after a busy day exploring and settle in the comfortable seating, catch up with a programme or film on the TV and light the wood burner to cosy up on those chillier evenings. Head up the open staircase to the mezzanine level that looks over the lounge area, from here you will find the four bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom with super king size with an en suite bathroom, with bath, separate shower and WC, one king size bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom has a sloped ceiling. Completing this floor is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Heading outside, you will find a enclosed garden with a paved seating area and table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining on those warm summer s evenings. There is ample private parking for three cars Please find below the property linked to Teilo Barn, this can be booked together with Tywi Barn as a large group which sleeps 14, if booked together for the same dates and duration only. Need to know: 4 Bedrooms 1 super king size, 2 king size and 1 twin. 1 Bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, 2 dishwashers. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Electric and central heating included. Parking for 3 cars. Charcoal BBQ available. Wi Fi included (limited to usage unable to stream films due to rural location). 2 dogs welcome. Complex of properties. TV in lounge and in the master bedroom. Sorry No cots provided at this time, please bring your own travel cots. One high chair is provided.
