The apartment is a short walk from St Annes Beach and is only a short drive to Blackpool s centre with its Pleasure Beach, zoo, grand theatre and winter gardens, where there is something for everyone to enjoy. With easy access to Preston, Lancaster, the Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Morecombe Bay, this is a perfect base to explore the surrounding area. Entering the property, you will be greeted by the grand staircase leading up to the apartment with a small area for coats and shoes. Head up the stairs to the first floor and you will come to the stylish bathroom shower over bath and WC. Head back across the hall and up a few more steps to the spacious lounge, with two leather sofas, TV, wood burner effect electric fire and beautiful bay windows, this is the prefect space to relax. Next to the lounge is the tastefully designed dining room with table and chairs, separate bar seating area and TV, so you can enjoy meals together if you decide to dine in. Head down a few steps to the well equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, along with plenty of space to cook up a storm. On the second floor you will find the bedrooms, the first is a double with views across to the sea. Next to this is a small double bedroom with the same majestic views, and finally, is the larger of the bedrooms, also with a double bed. There is roadside parking, subject to availability.
