Banham Zoo offers a great day out and is located in the village. Motorsport fans should take time to visit Snetterton Race Circuit who have a regular programme of events. The Norfolk and Suffolk coasts can be reached within an hour, as can the famous Norfolk Broads where day boat hire is highly recommended. The region is also home to many stunning National Trust properties or alternatively, if some retail therapy is needed visit the fine city of Norwich. Enter the cottage via the porch area which provides useful storage for coats and shoes before entering the impressive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With its full height vaulted ceilings, beautiful exposed beams and calming neutral tones this room provides a wonderful place to relax and recharge in the evenings. Cosy up on the comfortable sofas in front of the free standing wood burner while watching your favourite programmes on the Smart TV and DVD. While there are plenty of places to dine out, should you decide to test your culinary skills the kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer and a convenient dishwasher to help clean up afterwards, also in this room is the dining table and chairs. The romantic bedroom features an antique style double bed and continues the sophisticated decor. Completing the accommodation is a wonderful bathroom featuring a Victorian style roll top bath with shower over bath and WC.
