Rowlands Gill is less than half a mile away, offering a good range of shops, newsagents, restaurants and takeaways, while the nearest pub is located one mile away in Burnopfield. For a day out with a difference, experience the Beamish open air museum, which is set within 300 acres of County Durham countryside, or head to nearby Newcastle for some retail therapy. Whether exploring by bike, foot or car this cottage offers it all. Renovated to a high standard, this stone built barn provides a homely sanctuary in a unique setting. There is off road parking for two cars to the front of the property.
