Nestling in the heart of the North Devon countryside close to the border with Cornwall this is the ultimate retreat for friends and family to enjoy. There are a wealth of breath taking coastlines just a short drive, with the popular seaside town of Bude just a short drive away and boasting array of shops, pubs and restaurants alongside a choice of stunning sandy beaches. Closer to home the traditional market town of Holsworthy offers a great selection of amenities and shops, and just slightly further a choice of village pub and selection of independent shops can be found at both Hatherleigh and South Molton. Walkers will also be in their element with Dartmoor and Exmoor within easy reach, and the latter providing a gateway to further must see destinations including Lynton, Lynmouth and Porlock. Other attractions in the area include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way Adventure Park and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Completing the offering on this floor is a separate WC. A stunning glass and oak staircase then leads to the first floor where you will discover the rest of the bedrooms, the first of which is a spacious king size with a TV and en suite shower and WC.
